  • Language Precedence: In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any other language version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail and be deemed the authoritative version for all legal purposes.

  • 1. Overview of Services and Products

  • 1.1 Nature of Services:
The Company (泰佛傳奇) operates as an intermediary service provider, focusing on products and services related to Thai culture, including but not limited to the sale of authentic Thai amulets, the provision of wish-fulfilling candles, and the arrangement of various ritual services. The Company does not directly manufacture amulets or perform rituals; all product manufacturing and ritual execution are handled by the Company’s appointed local teams or employees in Thailand. The Company’s role is solely that of an intermediary, responsible for facilitating communication between customers and the Thai local teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services and products. The Company does not guarantee the specific details of product manufacturing or ritual execution and is only responsible for coordination and arrangement.

  • 1.2 Scope of Products and Services:
The Company offers products and services including but not limited to Thai amulets, wish-fulfilling candles, and ritual services. All products are handmade by local teams in Thailand, and all rituals are performed by local Thai masters, with the Company acting solely as an intermediary for arrangement purposes.

  • 2. Purchase Policy

  • 2.1 Order Confirmation and Payment:

  • Upon submission of an order and completion of payment, the order shall be deemed officially confirmed and will proceed to processing.

  • Customers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing and confirming all details of the selected products or services prior to placing an order, including but not limited to product type, price, service scope, delivery method, and other relevant notices. Customers shall ensure that the selected products or services meet their own needs, and the Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from the customer’s misjudgment or incorrect selection.

  • The Company accepts payments via bank transfer, PayMe, PayPal, cash, and AlipayHK. All orders require full payment at the time of order placement. Orders with incomplete payment will not be processed, and the Company shall bear no responsibility for any consequences, including but not limited to losses or delays caused by the customer’s failure to complete payment, payment errors, or provision of incorrect payment information.

  • Once payment is completed, customers may not request changes to the order details under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in product type, service type, delivery address, or other specifics. Should additional costs or delays arise due to customer-requested changes, the Company shall not be held liable.

  • 2.2 Price Transparency:

  • All products and services offered by the Company are priced on a fixed-rate basis, with the price inclusive of all related fees and free of any hidden charges.

  • Customers shall confirm the accuracy of the price prior to making payment. Upon completion of payment, the customer is deemed to have accepted the price and may not raise any disputes regarding the price thereafter.

  • 3. No Refund, Return, or Exchange Policy

  • 3.1 Final Sale Principle:

  • Due to the special nature of the products and services provided by the Company (including but not limited to the spiritual and personalized nature of amulets, wish-fulfilling candles, and rituals), all purchases, once confirmed, are considered final sales and are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

  • In accordance with Hong Kong laws (including the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) and the Consumer Rights Ordinance (Cap. 216)), businesses are entitled to establish a no-return policy for products of a special or personalized nature. The Company has explicitly stated this policy multiple times within these Terms and Conditions, and customers are required to fully understand and accept this policy prior to placing an order.

  • 3.2 Normal Imperfections in Handmade Products:

  • All amulets and wish-fulfilling candles are handmade by local teams in Thailand, and as such, products may exhibit normal imperfections inherent to handmade items, including but not limited to slight surface irregularities, color variations, minor shape deviations, or uneven edges. Such imperfections are considered normal characteristics of handmade products and do not constitute quality defects; therefore, they do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  • Customers are responsible for understanding the nature of handmade products prior to purchase and determining whether they can accept such normal imperfections. The Company shall not be liable for any dissatisfaction arising from the customer’s expectations regarding handmade imperfections.

  • 3.3 Special Notice on Used or Second-Hand Amulets:

  • Some amulets sold by the Company may be used or second-hand amulets, which may exhibit damage, cracks, surface wear, color fading, signs of aging, or other natural phenomena caused by the passage of time. These conditions are normal characteristics of used or second-hand amulets, and customers are required to fully understand and accept such conditions prior to purchase.

  • Due to the special nature of used or second-hand amulets, customers may not request refunds, returns, or exchanges based on damage, cracks, signs of aging, or similar conditions. The Company has explicitly stated this policy in these Terms and Conditions, and placing an order shall be deemed as the customer’s acceptance of this condition.

  • 3.4 Disclaimer on Authenticity of Amulets:

  • As an intermediary service provider, the Company does not guarantee the authenticity of amulets, including but not limited to their origin, historical background, or whether they are genuine.

  • Customers purchasing amulets are solely responsible for bearing any risks related to authenticity, and the Company shall not be liable for any issues arising from the authenticity of amulets. Customers are advised to conduct their own research, judgment, and evaluation regarding the authenticity and value of amulets prior to purchase. Should any dissatisfaction or loss arise due to authenticity issues, the customer shall bear full responsibility, and the Company will not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  • 3.5 Customer Responsibilities:

  • Customers are responsible for thoroughly reading and understanding all relevant information about the products and services prior to purchase, including but not limited to the nature, intended use, potential imperfections, risks related to authenticity, and the unpredictable nature of service outcomes.

  • Dissatisfaction or discomfort arising from personal beliefs, unmet expectations, psychological conditions, personal luck, misjudgment of authenticity, or other subjective reasons shall not constitute grounds for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  • Customers are responsible for assessing whether the products or services meet their needs prior to placing an order, and the Company shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from the customer’s misjudgment.

  • 4. Product Quality and Defect Handling

  • 4.1 Quality Assurance:

  • The Company ensures that all products undergo basic inspection prior to delivery to confirm the absence of significant damage (e.g., breakage or missing major components).

  • However, due to the handmade nature of the products, normal imperfections as described in Clause 3.2, as well as damage, cracks, or signs of aging in used or second-hand amulets as described in Clause 3.3, may exist, and customers are required to fully understand and accept these conditions prior to purchase.

  • 4.2 Special Conditions for Handling Damaged Products:

  • Should a customer discover significant damage upon receipt of the product (e.g., a completely broken amulet or severely damaged wish-fulfilling candle), the customer must fulfill all of the following conditions to be eligible to discuss special return or exchange arrangements with the Company:
    a. The customer must contact the Company within 48 hours of receiving the parcel and provide relevant evidence.
    b. The customer must record a continuous, unedited video of the entire unboxing process, starting from the initial stage of opening the parcel, clearly showing the following:

  • The parcel’s external tracking number and label;

  • The parcel in an unopened state;

  • The complete unboxing process until the product is fully removed and the damaged area is displayed.
    c. If the parcel has been opened prior to the recording, or if the video fails to meet the above requirements, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the product’s condition, and the Company will not accept any return or exchange requests.

  • Upon verification by the Company, if the damage is confirmed to be caused by factors not attributable to the customer (e.g., damage during shipping), the Company will discuss special arrangements with the customer, which may include but are not limited to replacing the product with an identical item (subject to stock availability). The Company reserves the final decision-making authority, and no refunds will be provided.

  • If the damage is caused by the customer’s improper use, storage, or uncontrollable factors during shipping, or if it falls under normal imperfections, damage to used amulets, cracks, or signs of aging, the Company shall not be held liable.

  • 5. Special Terms for Ritual Services

  • 5.1 Nature of Services and Intermediary Role:

  • Ritual services provided by the Company are performed by local teams or masters in Thailand, with the Company acting solely as an intermediary responsible for coordinating between customers and the execution team to arrange the performance of the services.

  • Ritual services are spiritual in nature, and their outcomes are influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the customer’s personal luck, beliefs, behavior, and environment. The Company does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results, and customers shall bear all related risks.

  • 5.2 Service Commencement, Deposit, and Payment Requirements:

  • Ritual services may require a deposit for order confirmation, and upon payment of the deposit, the service shall be deemed to have entered the preparation stage. If the customer decides not to proceed with the ritual after paying the deposit, the deposit will not be refunded (i.e., the deposit will be forfeited), as this policy is in place to cover the Company’s preparation costs and time incurred due to the customer’s cancellation.

  • Once the ritual service has officially commenced, the customer is required to settle the full payment within 7 days of the service’s completion. Should the customer fail to pay the full amount within this period, the Company reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover the outstanding amount, including but not limited to issuing formal legal notices, seeking court judgments, or taking other lawful measures. The customer shall be responsible for all related legal fees and losses incurred by the Company.

  • Customers are advised to carefully consider their needs prior to placing an order and to understand that the service cannot be canceled or refunded once commenced.

  • 5.3 Service Proof:

  • Upon completion of the ritual, the Company will provide photos and videos as proof of service execution. Customers may not request refunds or re-performance of the service due to unmet expectations, personal dissatisfaction, or other subjective reasons.

  • Once the service has commenced, it shall be deemed that the Company has fulfilled its intermediary responsibilities, and the customer may not request a refund.

  • 6. Customer Obligations

  • 6.1 Provision of Accurate Information:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, delivery addresses, and personal details required for ritual services (e.g., name, date of birth) to ensure smooth delivery of products and execution of services.

  • If delivery or service execution fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the Company shall not be liable, and any payments made by the customer will not be refunded.

  • 6.2 Lawful Use:

  • Customers shall comply with Hong Kong laws and the policies of 泰佛傳奇, and may not use the products or services for illegal, immoral, or activities contrary to public interest.

  • Should any legal liability arise from the customer’s use of the products or services, the customer shall bear full responsibility, and the Company shall not be liable.

  • 6.3 Video Recording Requirement:

  • As stated in Clause 4.2, if a customer identifies damage upon receiving the parcel, they must provide a complete video recording as per the specified requirements; otherwise, the Company will not accept any return or exchange requests.

  • 7. Limitation of Liability

  • 7.1 Disclaimer on Spiritual Outcomes:

  • The Company makes no express or implied guarantees regarding the spiritual outcomes of its products or services. All outcomes are influenced by factors such as personal beliefs, luck, behavior, and other uncontrollable circumstances, and customers shall assess and bear all related risks.

  • Dissatisfaction, psychological discomfort, or other issues arising from unmet expectations or other subjective reasons shall not constitute grounds for the Company’s liability.

  • 7.2 Disclaimer on Losses:

  • The Company shall not be liable for any losses resulting from the customer’s improper use, storage, or handling of products.

  • The Company shall not be liable for losses caused by uncontrollable factors during shipping (e.g., delays, damage), unless the customer can provide proof as required under Clause 4.2.

  • The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from issues related to the authenticity of amulets, damage to used amulets, cracks, or signs of aging.

  • 7.3 Liability Cap:

  • To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, the Company’s total liability for any losses shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the order.

  • 8. Force Majeure

  • 8.1 In the event that the delivery or execution of products or services is delayed or prevented due to force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, government policies, shipping delays, pandemic impacts, or the inability of the Thai local team to perform services), the Company shall not be held liable.
8.2 In such circumstances, the Company will make reasonable efforts to negotiate a solution with the customer but does not guarantee that all customer demands will be met, and any payments made will not be refunded.

  • 9. Privacy Policy

  • 9.1 Use of Data:

  • The Company respects customer privacy, and all personal information (including but not limited to name, contact details, date of birth) will only be used for order processing, service execution, and necessary communication with the customer. Such information will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or with the customer’s prior consent.

  • Customers agree that the Company may record photos and videos during ritual services solely for the purpose of providing proof of service execution, and such materials will not be used for any other purposes.

  • 9.2 Data Storage:

  • Customer data will be stored and processed in accordance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), and the Company will take reasonable measures to ensure data security.

  • 10. Governing Law

  • 10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
10.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong, and the customer agrees to accept the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.

  • 11. Amendments to Terms

  • 11.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, and the amended terms will take effect upon being updated on the website and shall apply to all new orders.
11.2 By continuing to use the Company’s services or purchase products after the terms have been updated, the customer shall be deemed to have fully accepted and agreed to the updated terms.
